Municipal Corporation of Social Development of Ñuñoa

The Municipal Corporation of Social Development of Ñuñoa, is a legal entity of private law, non-profit, whose objective is to administer and operate with the broadest faculties, the services in the areas of education, health and care of minors that has taken charge of the Municipality of Ñuñoa.

AXXIAL SPA has provided or currently provides the following services

1.- Ñuñoa Healthcare Center

Advice Stage 1: Diagnosis and initial evaluation of the infrastructure

Axxial SpA, developed the Diagnosis for the Commissioning of the Infrastructure, Equipment and Industrial Systems of those sectors that were enabled. The installations of Electricity, Weak Currents, Sewerage, Drinking Water, Air Conditioning and Heating, Clinical Gases, Elevators, Fire Network were included. The processes for obtaining the sanitary authorization were included, in addition, a study of the operating costs of the building was prepared.

Advice Stage 2: Execution of complementary works

Once the start-up of the Ñuñoa Healthcare Center began, Axxial SpA executed various complementary works, corresponding to corrective maintenance of facilities, industrial equipment and systems. El Centro Asistencial Ñuñoa, inicio su operación apoyado por Axxial Spa, en Abril de 2020.

Maintenance Services for the Infrastructure of the Ñuñoa Healthcare Center

Axxial Spa maintains an annual maintenance contract with the Principal, through which it is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities, equipment and systems of the building. For this, it has trained technical staff and a professional Administrator in charge.

Design Architecture and Specialties Multipurpose Room Ñuñoa Healthcare Center

It corresponds to the enabling of free floor in non-enabled sector of the building, for the creation of a multipurpose room, which can be divided into two independent meeting areas.

Design Architecture and Laboratory Specialties

An area available for Basic Laboratory was designed, complying with design criteria and Minsal regulations.

Design of Architecture and Specialties Fonasa and ChileAatena in Centro Asistencial Ñuñoa

It corresponds to the design of the offices of Fonasa and ChileAtiende in the available open floor area of the building.

Design Architecture and Specialties Pharmacy, UAPO and Pharmacy.

It corresponds to the Primary Ophthalmological Care Unit, delivery of pharmacy and apothecary, designed according to Minsal criteria and current regulations.

Design Architecture and Specialties Sector Box Medical Clinics

It corresponds to the enabling of a sector available in free plant, where a program of medical care boxes was designed.

2.- Center for the Elderly in dependencies of the Cesfam Salvador Bustos, commune of Ñuñoa

Project of Architecture and Specialties of Structure, Electricity and Weak Currents, Air Conditioning and Sanitary Facilities, to enable a Center for the Elderly including a Drugstore, remodeling and changing the destiny of the current Cesfam Salvador Bustos.

CONCESSIONAIRE COMPANY SAN JOSÉ-TECNOCONTROL S.A.

SJT CONCESSIONAIRE COMPANY SANJOSE - Tecnocontrol S.A. is the company responsible for the concession of the Metropolitano de La Florida and El Carmen de Maipú hospitals, both located in the Metropolitan Region and integrated into the public healthcare network of Chile. The two health centers are a reference and model in the concession of hospitals, being the first in Chile to be put into service and adding about 800 beds available.

Axxial has provided the following services

1.- Development of Remodeling Project Pavilion N°4 Angiography in Hospital El Carmen de Maipú, Dr. Luis Valentín Ferrada.

Architecture Project and the specialties of Structure, Electricity, Weak Currents, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection and Radiological Protections, in order to enable Pavilion 4 of the Hospital for the Installation of a General Electric Brand Angiograph Equipment.

2.- Development of Air Conditioning and Electricity Projects for Pharmacy Warehouse, in Hospital El Carmen de Maipú, Dr. Luis Valentín Ferrada.

Air Conditioning and Electricity Project for HEC Pharmacy Warehouse in order to comply with the requirements of the Health Authority.

3.- Development of Air Conditioning and Electricity Projects for sample room in Hospital Clínico Dr. Eloísa Díaz I. de la Florida.

Air Conditioning and Electricity Project for the HLF Showroom in order to comply with the requirements of the Health Authority and improve the thermal comfort of the enclosures.

HOSPITAL DE TALAGANTE

The Provincial Hospital of Talagante is part of the healthcare network of the Western Metropolitan Health Service. Located at 1458 Balmaceda Street, it has an area of 30 thousand square meters, 10 thousand of which are built.
With a total endowment of 120 beds, it provides comprehensive care to an estimated population of 290,000 inhabitants, from the communes of Isla de Maipo, El Monte and Talagante itself.

AXXIAL SPA has provided the following services

1.- CONVERSION OF CRITICAL BEDS MEDICAL SERVICE.

Remodeling of the Medicine Service of the Hospital of Talagante, managing to enable 13 new critical beds. This Work included in the Design and Construction modalities, the specialties of Electricity, Clinical Gases, Drinking Water, Sewerage and Civil Works in general. Intervened area 240 m2 approximately.

2.- Repair and/or Preventive Maintenance works in multiple sectors and specialties.

3.- Design and remodeling of Major Surgery Pavilion

Design and remodeling of areas to generate a Major Surgery Pavilion, Procedure Room with dressing room, Technical Room, equipment room, Surgical Wash and dressing room. This Work included in the modality of Design and construction, the specialties of Electricity, Air Conditioning, Clinical Gases, Drinking Water, Sewerage and Civil Works. Surface intervened 100 m2 approximately.
